Installation in the InWin Prism (White) Case
There are a few things to mention before we get started on the installation. First is that there is no physical user’s guide. InWin provides a QR code to the guide, which can be a bit difficult to read on your phone. InWin nice enough to provide us with their SR36 Pro Liquid CPU cooler and some of their LYNX fans.
Now if you are planning to install fans in the front cooling mount you’ll need to use special screws. This really is not specifically mentioned and no warning is given anywhere. Like any seasoned builder I just took the screws that came with the LYNX fans and went to install them in the front of the case. To my surprise the fan screws threaded all the way through the front fan mount. You can see the difference below between the normal fan screws (smaller) and the required fan screws (larger) for the front of the case. There are only 8 of these included with the case, so if you happen to lose one you are definitely out of luck. With the proper screws I was able to get the fans mounted to the front of the case.

After the fans it was time for our motherboard. This is a larger case so our motherboard went in no problem.
Getting your drives installed is no problem as the storage bracket is fully removable. So just take it out front the case, mount your drives, and then reinstall it.

Your power supply is going to slide in from the back of the case and goes in no problem.

Installing the SR36 Pro Liquid CPU cooler is extremely easy as we mount the radiator to the top of the case then secure the pump block on our CPU.

The last thing we need to install is our graphics card. With ample room inside the case we didn’t run into any issues. Also you can see how we routed our power cable through the opening in the power supply cover.
Before we close up the case we want to connect and route all of our cables. All of the cable routing holes, velro ties, and zip ties do make this pretty easy. It would have been nice if the included velcro ties were pre-installed in the case. We typically see that on most cases. Overall we have a very clean build!
