Noctua Shows Off Compact Socket AM4 CPU Cooler

Typically when we think of Noctua we think of their massive CPU coolers, but at Computex they were showing a prototype of a super-compact, low-profile AM4 CPU cooler. This will be the AM4 version of the NH-L9, we reviewed the Intel version almost 4 years ago.

This cooler is of course ideal for small form factor builds, seems it would go perfect on the Gigabyte AB350N Gaming WiFi motherboard. The cooler is only 37 mm tall with a very dense aluminum fin-stack which has nickel-plated copper heatpipes. On top of the heatsink is a Noctua NF-A9x14 PWM 92 mm fan. No word yet on pricing or availability.
