The clock speed for NVIDIA GeForce 40TX 4090 and 4TX4080 16GB/12GB maximum clock specs are revealed through a leak. NVIDIA RTX 3090 will reportedly have a maximum TGP at 660W. This has been confirmed through multiple sources concerning the upcoming desktop NVIDIA cards.
While the information and specifications about the upcoming RTX for GPUs are not mind-blowing, The information about Max TGP and boost clocks is something to be excited about.
Regarding GeForce RTX 4090, this model features an AD102-300 GPU, 16384 CUDA cores, and a boost clock up to 2520 MHz. With 24GB GDDR6X memory and clocked at around 21 Gbps, it will reach 1TB per second bandwidth, just like the RTX 3090 Ti did.
We just have the information about a default TGP of 450W, But further information reveals that the maximum configurable TGP is 660W. Interesting to note that this is the maximum TGB to be set through BIOS and its availability for all custom models is still not confirmed.
GeForce RTX 4080 16 GB has AD 103-300 GPU and 9728 CUDA cores. The boost clock is 2505 MHz, which is what RTX 4090 also has. This particular model has 16GB GDDRX6 memory clocked at 23 Gbps, and currently, it is the only model with that much memory clock. The TGP is 340W and can be modified up to 516W.
Here is some information about the GE force RTX 4080 12 GB. It is now AD104-400 GPU after last minute name change, with 7680 CUDA cores and a boost of around 2610 MHz. The memory capacity is 12 GB, and it uses GDDR6X 21 Gbps modules. RTX 40802 TGP is 285W and can reach up to 366W.
