NVIDIA Introducing Price Cuts to the High-End RTX 30 Series

We already talked about this a bit yesterday as NVIDIA’s RTX 3090 Ti could be picked up from Best Buy for only $1599, but it appears NVIDIA is working with its board partners to introduce price-cuts for its higher-end GeForce RTX 30 Series graphics cards. These new price cuts would see the RTX 3090 Ti drop from $1999 to $1499, a 25% price cut. The RTX 3090 (non-Ti) would drop from $1499 down to $1299 (13.3% price cut), the RTX 3080 Ti would drop from $1199 to $1099 (8.3% price cut), The RTX 3080 12GB will be available at or below its MSRP of $799 and the RTX 3080 10GB will be at $699.

Looking at online retailers we can see that these prices are already being implemented. Newegg has new pricing for the RTX 3090 Ti, RTX 3090 and RTX 3080 Ti, but it looks like the RTX 3080 price is not changed yet.

In addition to the price cuts NVIDIA has also introduced their “Face Your Demons” game bundle, which gives gamers “Ghostwire Tokyo” and “Doom Eternal”, which will also include both the “The Ancient Gods, Part One” and “The Ancient Gods, Part Two” DLCs for DOOM. Cards that qualify for this bundle include the GeForce RTX 3080 10 GB, RTX 3080 12 GB, RTX 3080 Ti, RTX 3090, and RTX 3090 Ti.
