NVIDIA to Launch GeForce RTX 3060 on 25th February

According to Wccftech, NVIDIA has revealed the RTX 3060’s release date to its board partners.

It is reported that NVIDIA will launch its RTX 3060 on February 25th. The RTX 3060 is the first GA 106 based graphic card with 3584 CUDA cores. It was announced with 12 GB GDDR6 RAM making the memory capacity greater than RTX 3080’s 10 GB RAM and the second-highest capacity in the RTX 30 series.

NVIDIA has already launched the RTX 3060 mobile version which reviewers have tested last week. It operates on a higher number of cores(3840) than the desktop version but has half the RAM size of what the desktop version offers, which is 6 GB.

Reports suggest that an RTX 3060 has already been sold to a miner. The card’s pictures were posted on the EtherMining subreddit. The user has confirmed that the shop has sold the card to him and that too, two weeks before the actual launch date.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 will launch with a price tag of $329. NVIDIA expects that retailers will at least sell the initial batch at its MSRP.
