OCZ Unveils Vector 180 Solid State Drive

OCZ unveiled their latest enthusiast solid state drive, the Vector 180 at CES 2015. The drive is based of OCZ’s own Barefoot 3 M00 controller and features the latest Toshiba A19 MLC NAND flash.

OCZ will be offering this drive in 240 GB, 480 GB, and 960 GB versions. This means it is the first solid state drive that OCZ will be offering in the 960 GB capacity. All three drives will have sequential read speeds of 550 MB/s and write speeds of 530 MB/s. The drive features OCZ’s Power Failure Management Plus (PFM+) technology and offers a 50 GB / day endurance rating.
