Only 2% of NVIDIA Users Are on Turning GPUs

During their investor day NVIDIA released some interesting information on the adoption of their Turning GPUs as well as data on Pascal and previous generations of graphics cards. One interesting thing is that only 2% of NVIDIA users are on new Turning GPUs, while 50% are on Pascal cards and 48% are on older generation cards.

Another piece of data is that Turing GPUs sold 45% more than Pascal GPUs in the first 8 weeks of launch. Even with their harsh reception and high prices it appear than NVIDIA was able to sell quite a lot of cards.

Close to 90% of GeForce GTX 10 series owners are upgrading to higher-end RTX cards, as you can see people that have either a GTX 1080 or GTX 1080 Ti are upgrading to a new RTX 2080 or RTX 2080 Ti, which is quite interesting.
