Portal with RTX Launching December 8th

NVIDIA has officially released the launch date for Portal with RTX. This of course is a remaster of the highly popular game from Valve. NVIDIA promoted this title quite a bit at their RTX 40 series launch back in September. The remaster of the game will be free as DLC for all Portal owners. The game will support the latest DLSS 3.0 technology which is fully supported by RTX 40 series GPUs, but don’t worry the game also supports DLSS 2.0 for all RTX owners.

For those who want full ray tracing support at 4K resolution NVIDIA is recommending the just-released RTX 4080 graphics card, while you’ll be able to play at 1080p/60 FPS with RTX 3080 series cards, and mid-range cards like the RTX 3060 with support for DLSS 2.0 should get at least 30 FPS at 1080p.
