Samsung 990 Testing – Sandra & ATTO
Keep in mind for testing the advertised speeds for the Samsung 990 are 7150 MB/s read (1TB version) and 6450 MB/s write.
Our first test is SiSoftware Sandra’s Physical Disks benchmark. We run the read performance test.
ATTO Disk Benchmark measures transfer rates across specific lengths. ATTO uses RAW data, our transfer sizes ranged from 0.5 to 8192kb. ATTO is usually our definitive benchmark for solid state drives.
