Samsung Begins Presale Of 32-inch 4K 144Hz Dragon Knight G7 Gaming Display

Samsung has started presale of their next-gen gaming display. Exclusively sold in China, the 32-inch 4K IPS gaming Dragon Knight G7 monitor has the product number S32BG704EC. The most recent Tizen OS platform, which supports a variety of streaming apps, including cloud gaming, powers this smart display. It also supports screen mirroring and DLNA screen projection, which makes it simple to connect mobile devices straight to the display.

However, the major use of this display is high-quality gaming at 144Hz and 4K resolution. This is feasible since HDMI 2.1, and DisplayPort 1.4 are supported. It also has FreeSync Premium Pro and G-Sync compatibility. Although it needs to be specified how many display connections there are, the monitor allows input from both desktop PCs and gaming consoles.

The display boasts 95% of DCI-P3 colour coverage; however, the peak brightness is not particularly high since it is only approved for DisplayHDR 400. Samsung also confirmed a reaction time of 1 ms (gray to gray). Preorders for the Samsung Dragon Knight G7 are currently available for 4999 RMB (around 717 USD). This 32-inch gaming display is expected to be available as early as next year.
