SilverStone FARA R1 V2 is a new product belonging to the middle tower PC case family. The product showcases a mesh panel on the front panel for ventilation. It comes in two body colors i.e black and white and possesses a selection of tempered glass and solid panels on the left side of the device.
It has a hexagonal mounting space for graphics cards (length 322 mm x length 340 mm) and power supply units (depth 160 mm x height 171). The features have been improved in comparison to the “FARA R1” series, which came out in January 2020. Moreover, a new vertical space for the installation of the graphics card has been added. One can also get the tempered glass model with a 120mm addressable RGB LED fan possessing three LEDs on the front while one in the back.
The dimensions of the cooling fan are as follows: 120mmx3 or 140mmx2 at the front1, 20mmx1 at the back and 120 / 140mmx2 at the top.
The radiator supports 360 / 280mm at the front, 120mm at the back, and 240mm at the top. The fan is 120mmx3 or 140mmx2 at the front, 120mm at the back, and 240mm at the top.
The drive bay comprises a 2.5 / 3.5 inch shadow bay x1, a 3.5 inch shadow bay x1, and a 2.5-inch shadow bay x2. The drive bay also contains a 3.5 inch shadow bay x1. The expansion slots are organized in 7 + 2 steps, and the outer dimensions are 210 mm wide, 420 mm deep, 455 mm high, with a capacity of 40.1 liters. The form factors that it supports are ATX, MicroATX, and Mini-ITX.
