XMG Will Launch Intel Arc Based XMG Fusion Laptop In late Q2 2022

XMG has just announced its official roadmap regarding designs for the next-gen laptop in the year 2022.
The roadmap shows that the company plans to launch its 12th Gen-based XMG Fusion laptops in the first quarter of the current year. The laptops are expected to feature the NVIDIA RTX GPUs. The road map hints at an ‘unspecified’ Intel ARC GPU powered laptops planned for late Q2/beginning of Q3 2022.

XMG makes sure that it keeps up with the launch schedule of its OEM supplier, e.g TongFang. Laptops with identical designs will come with different names, e.g MechoRevo, Eluctronics, etc. XMG is also planning to launch some Ryzen 6000 based designs later this year. The laptop company has not specified the discrete GPUs the laptops will be powered with, but these will supposedly be based on GeForce RTX 30, despite the upcoming Radeon 6X50XT/6000S series.

Update: XMG has now released a new roadmap which has no longer mentions Intel ARC GPU.

We will have some opportunities to feature Intel Arc Graphics in some future models, but those are still in the planning stage and cannot be confirmed at this time. The previous version of the roadmap was misleading and for that we apologize.
