ASRock Now Offers The Most Affordable Radeon RX 7900/7800/7700 Models

Next month marks the first anniversary of the Radeon RX 7900 GRE “Golden Rabbit Edition.” Initially, this graphics card model was exclusively released in the Chinese market. AMD later expanded its availability, bringing the GRE SKU to other countries by the end of February.

During its launch, AMD disclosed that the RX 7900 GRE would debut at a reduced price of $549, down from $649. This adjustment was significant given the model’s proximity to the already existing Radeon RX 7800 XT.

AMD has implemented substantial discounts on its Navi-32 based models. Presently, the RX 7800 XT is available for as little as $480, which is $20 below the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP), while the RX 7700 XT is priced at $380, representing a $40 reduction from its current MSRP. It is worth noting that AMD has already officially discounted the RX 7700 XT from its original price of $449.

At present, ASRock stands out with the most significant price reductions on Radeon RX 7000 models. Unlike other manufacturers, ASRock offers the lowest prices across all their high-end lineup, which is a unique position. Notably, none of the cards listed on ASRock’s Newegg store currently display official MSRPs.

The GRE model, specifically, has been reduced to $529, marking its lowest price to date. While this adjustment is modest, the Radeon RX 7800 XT, which shares similar memory specifications, now sells for $40 less. As a result, there is currently a price gap ranging from $50 to $210 between each Radeon SKU.
