ASUS is hinting at a new addition to its TUF Gaming series, which will feature a Radeon GPU, though the exact model hasn’t been disclosed. This limited edition graphics card is inspired by the upcoming game Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, slated for a September release.
ASUS has partnered with Focus Entertainment, expressing that Warhammer 40,000 is an “amazing IP” for them, motivating them to create something unique. The new custom graphics card appears to be an ideal choice for this collaboration.
The company is hosting a giveaway just before its ROG Press Event at Gamescom 2024 on August 20. One or more of the cards will also be distributed during an AMD event on August 23.
AMD has a track record of releasing custom graphics cards themed around games they have notable partnerships with, such as special editions for Starfield and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, which were based on the RX 7900 XTX design. However, in this instance, ASUS appears to have independently customized one of their own graphics card variants.
