When it comes to an audio solution for my gaming setup the last thing I really thought about considering was a soundbar. I’ve always been a person that used speakers, but when Creative reached out asking if I wanted to check out their Sound Blaster Katana V2 Soundbar I was a bit intrigued. Could a soundbar give a better experience than speakers? Well the Sound Blaster Katana V2 from Creative is a soundbar and subwoofer combo that features 126W RMS of power output, multiple connectivity options, and even Creative SXFI virtualization technology. The Sound Blaster Katana V2 comes in a nice retail package. On the front we have a picture of the unit and some of the main features are listed. Flipping over to the back many of these features are detailed.
Opening the box up we find everything nicely packaged and protected. Getting everything out of the box we have the soundbar, subwoofer, power cable, USB cable, optical cable, remote, mounts for the soundbar, and a user’s guide.
