Temperature Testing
There is only a single 80 mm (exhaust) fan included with this case. The who idea with the case is that hot air will rise from the bottom and be exhausted out the top and rear of the case. To take full advantage of this you’ll need to install two top fans or a an AiO unit for your CPU with the radiator mounted at the top.
We did a typical install with the included AMD Wraith Prism CPU cooler installed. We will be testing both CPU and GPU temperatures inside the Era ITX. As a reminder we are using a Ryzen 7 3700X and a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 Super Gaming OC 8G. We will also be comparing results using the glass top panel and ventilated top panel. Idle tests were taken on the Windows 10 desktop and load tests were taken running the AIDA64 system stability test with CPU and GPU selected for 1 hour.
