GALAX’s Metaltop GPUs can only be bought within China. Today, the company introduced a new member to this series, showcasing a completely novel cooling solution. This reveal took place on a Chinese social media platform.
Prior to discussing the details, it’s noteworthy that this specific model isn’t GALAX’s initial endeavor involving liquid cooling for RTX 40 GPUs. GALAX has previously unveiled two models with a strikingly similar design. The GALAX HYDRO GPUs, designed for the global market and available in black and white variants, have already been launched for the RTX 4090 GPU.
In the Chinese variant of the Metaltop series, you’ll find a matching 360mm radiator and the identical triple-fan arrangement seen in the HYDRO GPUs. Nevertheless, the GPU will feature a unique cooler shroud. It’s clear, though, that the GPU will utilize the same pump design and PCB as the HYDRO GPUs.
Interestingly he Metaltop AIO OC is projected to surpass the performance of the HYDRO series. Rather than the factory overclock of 2580 MHz, gamers can look forward to clock speeds reaching up to 2595 MHz, coupled with a maximum power limit of 510W.
Currently, this card remains unavailable for purchase, and Chinese media has not disclosed any pricing details. However, the company has already featured the card on its official website.
