GPD Win 3 Handheld Gaming PC, Powered by Intel Tiger Lake is Priced From $799

GPD has announced The GPD Win 3 which is the successor of the GPD Win Max and the original GPD Win mini-laptop. It will be available in two colors: silver and black where the silver color variant will be a limited edition. Three models have been announced and they also feature a sliding screen.

The GPD Win 3 has been redesigned to feature a larger screen. The sliding screen is measured at 5.5 inches and the keyboard is placed behind the sliding screen. It shares the same size as a Nintendo Switch Lite.

Out of three models announced, the limited edition features an Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor and a silver color scheme. The rest of the models are based on the black color scheme and are expected to feature an Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor or an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor.

The Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor will feature four CPU cores, eight CPU threads, and a boost clock speed of up to 4.70 GHz. As for the Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor, it is expected that it will feature the same number of cores and threads as the Core i7-1165G7 but a boost clock speed of up to 4.20 GHz.

All three models feature 16GB LPDDR4x RAM with speeds of up to 4,266 Mhz. They also feature a 1 TB PCIe Gen 3 SSD.

As per the pricing information released by GPD, the Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor version will be priced at $799, while the Intel i7-1165G7 processor version will be priced at $899.
