Setup and Testing
Just like any other hard drive dock you do not need drivers or anything to get it working. Just plug in the power and slide in your hard drive and press the power button. The drive slides in easily I didn’t have any trouble getting it installed. I was about to install the eSATA PCI bracket, then I realized that the SATA cable on it was extremely short.
There was no way that it would reach to my SATA connectors on my motherboard, so in order to test the drive I had to have my computer open and have the bracket just laying there.
Testing was pretty simple I used HD Tune and HDTach to test the speeds of the 120GB Seagate HDD I had around.
