Intel CEO, Pat Gelsinger, To Showcase Next-Gen Client Products During Computex 2024

In the upcoming Computex event, Intel plans to unveil its next-gen data-center and client products. Anticipated updates to the Arrow Lake architecture for the client segment are expected, launching as a platform for both mobile and desktop. Additionally, motherboard manufacturers will take advantage of this occasion to present their latest LGA-1851 socket desktop motherboards.

It’s noteworthy that AMD is set to host a Computex keynote on June 3rd, a day prior to Intel’s event. Dr. Lisa Su will likely provide updates on Zen5 client products during this keynote. With both companies gearing up for significant announcements in the second half of the year, Computex appears to be the ideal platform to unveil initial details.

Certainly, the presentation of a product doesn’t necessarily indicate an imminent launch. It’s common for AMD and Intel to discuss upcoming CPU architectures weeks or even months ahead of the release. Nevertheless, there have been persistent rumors suggesting that the Arrow Lake series is expected to be launched during the second half of 2024.
