Intel is getting close to launching its generation of CPUs on September 2. The Tiger Lake chips have been leaked all over, and today we have some details about the flagship chip in the series, the Core i7-1185G7.
You might know that Intel has announced its own Xe GPUs, which will first debut with Tiger Lake. This Core i7-1185G7 chip is a Tiger Lake flagship CPU with the Xe GPU. It has been spotted on Geekbench 5.

The Intel Core i7-1185G7 is a 4-core, 8-thread chip with 5 MB of L2 cache, and 12 MB of L3 cache. It will have the entry-level Xe-LP GPU with 96 Execution Units or 768 cores. The base clock of the Intel Core i7-1185G7 will be 3.0 GHz and a boost of up to 4.8 GHz. The discrete GPU will have a clock speed of 1.55 GHz.
Intel’s Core i5-1135G7 also appeared in Geekbench. It is also a 4c8t chip with 5 MB L2 cache and L3 cache of 8 MB. This chip was spotted clocked at 2.40 GHz base and 4.20 GHz boost. It scored 1349 points in single-core and 4527 points in the multi-core benchmark test.
