The graphics card will utilise a robust triple-slot cooler with three 90mm fans. This architecture is quite similar to that of the RTX 4090 and RTX 4080 Legion GPUs, both of which are likewise exclusive to prebuilt systems. The RTX 4070 Ti from Lenovo will include a bespoke vapour chamber and support the HALO ARGB lighting system.

Lenovo confirmed that the RTX 4070 Ti will be available on prebuilt Legion Blade 9000K 2023 and 7000K 2023 gaming desktops. With the release of the Intel 13th Generation Core Raptor Lake series, they were upgraded late in the previous year. The 2023 versions come with Core i7/Core i9 Raptor Lake CPUs, up to 64GB of DDR5 RAM, and 2TB SSDs.

The company released some limited information about the RTX 4070 Ti GPU, showing that the card is more powerful than the RTX 3080/3090 Ti. This features only one benchmark, 3DMark TimeSpy, which claims 19% more performance than the previous-generation RTX 3080 Ti Legion.

Lenovo has not yet disclosed the pricing of desktop PCs equipped with RTX 4070 Ti. The 9000K is priced at around 20,000 RMB/$2,963 (i7-13700K/RTX4080) or 30,000 RMB/$4,445 (i9-13900KF/RTX90); thus, the 4070 Ti system will likely be cheap. However, Lenovo does not intend to offer these cards individually. In addition, the 7000K/9000K PCs are only offered in China.
