MSI GTX 780 Lightning Lite Edition Card Pictured and Detailed

MSI has already released their GeForce GTX 780 Lightning card, but now they have come up with the GTX 780 Lightning Lite Edition. As you could guess this “Lite Edition” will have the same features, but lower clocks. The Light Edition will have base and boost clocks of 889 MHz and 941 MHz respectively. This is compared to the 980 / 1033 MHz clocks of the GTX 780 Lightning.

Just like the GTX 780 Lightning the Lightning LE will feature MSI’s Military Class components, a 10 layer PCB, GPU Reactor for improved overclocking stability, MSI’s TriFrozr cooler, Pure Digital PWM control, Twin BIOS, a 16+3 phase power design.

Like most other GTX 780 cards the Lightning LE will have 2304 CUDA cores, 3 GB of GDDR5 memory running at 6008 MHz (effective) and dual-DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort connections. No word yet on the price of this card
