Razer launches the Razer Huntsman Mini optical gaming keyboard

Razer makes some great gaming peripherals, and its Huntsman line is one of its most popular ones. The company has now added a new member to the Huntsman family. Razer today announced the Huntsman Mini gaming keyboard. Read on!

Razer has always made bigger keyboards either full-sized, or 80 percent, and the Razer Huntsman Mini marks its first 60 percent keyboard. This finally meets the growing demand from consumers to have a compact gaming keyboard from Razer. The Razer Huntsman Mini retains all the keys needed for a great gaming experience. You can assign macros via Razer Hypershift within Razer Synapse 3, for added functionality.

The Huntsman Mini will be releasing in black and mercury white. You will also have the option to pick from two different kinds of optical switches: clicky or linear.

We had recently reported about Razer’s next generation of linear switches being less noisy. The Razer Huntsman Mini comes with these switches. Razer claims both the switch types on the Mini will have a life span of 100 million keystrokes.

The variant with clicky switches will cost $119.99 and is available now. The version with linear switches will be coming later this summer, with a price tag of $129.99.
