Since this is a “open box” camera it comes in a regular Samsung camcorder box.
Opening up the box everything is nicely packed inside. Taking everything out you have the SC-MX20E Digital Camcorder, docking station, power cable, A/V cable, USB cable, battery, carrying case, and instructions and software.
I recently looked at this very camera in Best Buy and I'm sorry to say that this thing is nothing more than a glorified “Webbie” camera with okay zoom. Samsung started this line with the intention of stealing the small camcorder market away from Sony and FLIP but it's not successful. the Webbie HD (MHS-CM1/D) line from Sony shoots a better picture with less cost involved. It's also just as easy to use and capture video from the camera to your computer. Now if you're looking for a more featured filled camera you can drop another $25 and buy from JVC's small hand-held line (Everio GZ-MS120A). This is what i ended up purchasing.` If i want a pocket cam, I'll buy one. If i want a consumer featured camcorder, I'll buy one. Neither of which would be this camcorder

At first, I ever interested in this model but finally I decided to buy the SMX-F34. Without question, budget conscious video enthusiasts and YouTubers will enjoy all the bells and whistles of this outstanding camcorder.
