The vPro is a complete bundle of technologies which has been designed specifically keeping in mind the business and enterprise markets. Thanks to this technology, remote management has been made possible which provides a secure environment. Both things are critically required in professional work.

There is a list of SKUs posted on the website and they will be included in the upcoming laptops, the Dell Precision 7770 and 7670 both of which are next-gen mobile workstations.

i5-12600HX (vPro): 12 cores 16 threads, up to 4.6GHz
i7-12800HX: 16 cores, 24 threads, up to 4.8GHz
i7-12850HX (vPro): 16 cores, 24 threads, up to 4.8GHz
i9-12900HX: 16 cores, 24 threads, up to 5GHz
i9-12950HX (vPro): 16 cores 24 threads, up to 5GHz

Surprisingly, some of the ‘HX’ parts which were previously leaked cant be seen on this list. One example is the Core i5-12650HX. But it is a possibility that these SKUs might launch at a later date and time or maybe they are not yet available for these Dell Precision laptops. Alder Lake-HX processors are one of the upcoming 16-core/24-thread mobile SKUs which are based on desktop silicon with 8 Performance and 8 Efficient cores. Up until now the 12th Gen Core series of laptops were only limited to 14 cores and 20 threads. This is because they are based on the Alder Lake-P mobile silicon which has up to 6 Performance cores only.

According to ITHome, these Dell systems will come with either NVIDIA RTX A5500 or GeForce RTX 3080 Ti 16GB laptop GPUs. This is the latest information on the discrete graphics based on the Ampere GA103 GPU.
