Some recent designs of the new Intel 600 series lineup have been released. During CES 2022 on January 4th, Intel H670/B660 and H610 series will be showcased. Rumors say that not all the boards are going to be instantly available.
However, more and more leaks are emerging that feature the new designs for the Intel LGA1700 socket. The company is mainly targeting budget users who are more likely to pair the boards with the 12th Gen Core non-K series, keeping that in mind the majority of the boards are made for DDR4 memory.
A leakster, chi11eddog, has leaked the MSI B660 lineup. It shows a 12-phase VRM design, 2.5GB Ethernet, and a EZ M.2 Clip. The MAG series ( a mid range segment ) has the following members : Mortar, Bazooka, and Tomahawk.
Moreover, we have the photographs of the ASUS 600-series lineup, containing the first H610 motherboards as well as the first Mini-ITX ROG STRIX B660 board and a content-creator oriented ProArt model.
We do not go into the details of every board here because the precise specifications are not yet available.
