Final Thoughts on the Cougar Airface Eco RGB Case

As I said at the beginning of this review its has been a while since we’ve taken a look at a product from Cougar. The Airface Eco RGB comes in as a very attractive and solid case. The thing that really makes it stand out is the front panel with its oversized coned vents. These teamed with the RGB lighting from the fans really are going to make this case look awesome sitting on your desk. On top of that since the coned vents are quite large you are going to have good airflow going into the case.

Beyond the front panel you are going to have support for motherboards up to extended ATX, long graphics cards, and four hard drives. Installation in this case is extremely easy and we didn’t run into any issues during our installation. All of the cable routing holes and velcro ties make it so you can have a very clean finished build.

You do get three included fans with this case (2x 180mm at the front, 1x 120mm at the back), which definitely will provide the airflow that you need. I was a bit disappointed that there is no fan hub included with this case, so you’ll need 3 fan headers available on your motherboard. On top of that the rear fan is not PWM so it will always spin at 1000 RPM.

Right now this case is selling at our favorite online retailer for $109.99, which I think is a fair price for what you are getting here. Overall ThinkComputers gives the Cougar Airface Eco RGB Case an 8 out of 10 score.
