GeForce RTX 4070 Ti To Arrive On January 5th According To An Italian Retailer

The Italian product site suggests that the ASUS TUF Gaming RTX 4070 Ti variant will go on sale on January 5th, and the store has even set up a significant countdown for the event. The launch date has now been finalized.

The RTX 4080 12GB SKU, discontinued by NVIDIA in response to community outcry, will shortly reappear with a new name. The RTX 4070 Ti will have the same GPU specifications as the ‘unlaunched’ variant but at a lower price.

The store says that ASUS will release the RTX 4070 Ti TUF Gaming OC SKU, although several of the specifications appear to contradict one another, such as memory capacity. Because this model will almost probably have 12GB VRAM, the headline suggesting 16GB is false.

The vendor clarifies that this GPU will be available in 31 days or on January 5th, as we previously reported.

The RTX 4070 Ti will include an AD104-400 GPU and 7680 CUDA cores. The third Ada desktop GPU from NVIDIA will include 12GB of GDDR6X memory connected to a 192-bit wide memory bus. As a result, the maximum bandwidth will be considerably lower than its predecessor’s (504.5 GB/s compared to 608.5 GB/s).
