ROCCAT Suora FX Gaming Keyboard Review

ROCCAT has been in the PC peripheral business for quite a while now, and have brought quite a few exciting products to market. Today we will be taking a look at the ROCCAT Suora FX, a frameless gaming keyboard that sports RGB LED lighting and mechanical switches in a small but sturdy chassis. Competition is plentiful in the mechanical gaming keyboard arena, so let’s see if the Soura FX can be a true competitor.

Special thanks to ROCCAT for providing the Suora FX review sample!

Packaging
The front of ROCCAT’s retail packaging provides a nice look at the Suora FX  and really shows off the RGB lighting found on the keybaord. A few product features are mentioned as well, such as the use of mechanical key switches, and the sleek frameless design of the keyboard body.

Around back we get a bit more information regarding the features of the Suora FX, as well as a bit of technical information. All of this information is available not only in English, but in nine additional languages as well.

Once opened up, the Suora FX’s box reveals a keyboard that is nicely protected by a bit of cardboard framework, a protective plastic wrap, and a small layer of foam padding.

Accessories
As far as accessories go, there are essentially none. The only additional contents of the box area small Quick-Installation Guide, and an electronics disposal pamphlet. There are no additional keycaps or anything like that, and the cord on the Suora FX is not removable, so that is attached to the keyboard itself.
