Displays on all-in-one liquid CPU coolers have become quite popular over the past few years, but most of them are still traditional LCD or OLED screens attached to the pump housing. TRYX did something different with the Panorama and its curved AMOLED display, and now the company is taking things a step further with the TRYX HOLO 360. Described by TRYX as the world’s first holographic AIO liquid cooler, the HOLO uses a professional-grade beam-splitting lens to create a floating image with actual visual depth above the CPU block.
The holographic display has a resolution of 640 x 480 and can be adjusted up to 60 degrees to provide a better viewing angle inside your case. Through TRYX’s KANALI software, you can customize it with JPG images, GIFs, MP4 videos, system-monitoring information, and content from the integrated GIPHY library. This gives the HOLO quite a bit of personalization and makes it much more of a centerpiece than a typical AIO cooler with a flat screen.
Of course, the TRYX HOLO still needs to perform as a CPU cooler. This 360 mm AIO is powered by a new Asetek pump solution rated to handle up to 280 watts of heat, and it comes with three 120 mm ARGB fans integrated into a single-frame assembly to reduce cable clutter. It also supports the latest Intel LGA 1851 and AMD AM5 processors, along with several previous-generation sockets. The holographic effect certainly makes the TRYX HOLO 360 one of the most unique liquid CPU coolers we have seen, but does it have the cooling performance and overall usability to match its impressive presentation?
