ViewSonic Announces Blur Busters 2.0 Approved Gaming LCD With 240Hz Refresh Rate

ViewSonic has released the world’s first gaming LCD monitor, the XG2431, with Blur Busters 2.0 certification, which ensures the display’s motion quality. The monitor’s PureXP motion blur reduction feature is pre-configured with Blur Busters-tuned settings.

ViewSonic’s XG2431 has a 23.8-inch display with an IPS panel and a maximum resolution of up to 1,920 x 1,080. The panel offers a 240Hz refresh rate of 240Hz, 1ms response time, and compatibility with AMD FreeSync Premium synchronization technology. It also features HDR technology, which supports approximately 16.77 million colors and is compatible with HDR 10. The monitor supports maximum brightness of 350 cd / m2 and offers a contrast ratio of 1,000: 1. (DCR 80,000,000: 1) along with horizontal and vertical viewing angle of 178 degrees.

As far as the I/O is concerned, 1 DisplayPort, 2 HDMI 2.0 ports, a USB3.2 Type-A x 2 hub, and a 3W x 2 speaker are offered.
