With remote work becoming more and more mainstream as the world adjusts to living with COVID-19, the need for extra peripheral devices has grown exponentially. Items like webcams, headsets, and other standard peripherals we used to take for granted are either hard to obtain due to product shortages, or are going for double their standard price, or higher. Not everyone is going to have a dedicated workspace that can be their permanent home for work, and that is where the Zissu’s 15.6″ portable monitor can help. This thin and light screen takes up little space, and can easily be re-positioned to accommodate an evolving workspace. We have spent some time with this external monitor, using it as a secondary display for our work-at-home setup, so follow along to see how it has fared for us.

The Zissu’s portable monitor comes to us in a pretty basic black box, though it does look pretty sleek. A nice image of the monitor is found on the front of the box, along with the product name and size.
Packaged with the monitor itself is a pretty nice set of cables to get you up and running in no time. Included are a USB-C to USB-C cable for power and/or data, a USB-A to USB-C cable for power delivery, an HDMI to Mini HDMI cable for video transmission, a small cleaning cloth, and a user guide.
