GXore Unveils GeForce RTX 3070 With 16GB Of VRAM At Computex 2023

Imagine this scenario: You’re a small hardware vendor aiming to gain recognition for your brand. One effective strategy would be to offer a product that stands out from the rest. An even better approach would involve creating a unique product that recently went viral, with many people expressing their desire to own it.

For instance, consider a GeForce RTX 3070 with 16GB of video RAM. This specific product doesn’t currently exist, and it’s unlikely that NVIDIA, the manufacturer, would officially endorse such a configuration. Consequently, the official drivers necessary for the card’s proper functioning wouldn’t install, and larger vendors who directly source GPU chips from NVIDIA would risk losing their privileges if they were to create such a device.

Nevertheless, smaller vendors such as GXore in Taiwan probably do not acquire their GPUs directly from NVIDIA. Instead, they might be sourcing the chips from a third-party supplier or even salvaging them from recycled RTX 3070 GPUs. Whatever the scenario may be, it seems highly likely that GXore intends to introduce a GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card equipped with 16GB of video RAM and eight display outputs.

Despite not being featured on the company’s official website, evidence of the product’s existence surfaced when Brazilian YouTubers TecLab captured footage of GXore’s booth at the Computex trade show in Taiwan. In the video, TecLab showcased several products, including a Radeon RX 580 card boasting an impressive twelve display outputs.

It appears that GXore specializes in creating graphics cards optimized for multi-display setups, as all of their available graphics cards, including the intriguing GeForce RTX 3070 16GB variant, offer an abundance of connectivity options not typically found on standard cards. This strategy is reminiscent of Matrox, a renowned GPU developer that currently designs cards utilizing their own drivers for Radeon GPUs. It is possible that GXore may also ship their own-branded drivers to accompany their products.

In addition to their graphics cards featuring an abundance of connectivity options, GXore also offers a range of other products such as cables, adapters, and system memory. TecLab’s footage also revealed the presence of GXore’s system memory during their visit. However, crucial details such as the pricing of the modified GeForce model, its availability in substantial quantities, and its availability outside of Taiwan remain unknown.
